TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY
Cancellation Policy: If student must cancel and gives more than 30 days' notice there will be a $50 cancellation fee. If student must cancel and gives less than 30 days notice but more then 14 days notice there will be a 50% cancellation fee. This is 50% of the purchase price. If student must cancel with less than 14 days' notice the fee will be the entire purchase price. There will be no refund of any moneys. Students may opt to substitute another participant at no charge. Student must notify office of any substitution at least 24 hours prior to boot camp commencement.
Rescheduling Policy: If student must reschedule and gives more than 14 days notice there will be no fee for this (only valid upon first attempt to reschedule). If student must reschedule and gives less than 14 days notice there will be a $25 reschedule fee for this first reschedule. If a students needs to reschedule a second or subsequent time there will be a $100 fee for each time after the first rescheduling.
No Show Policy: If student does not show for class he/she forfeits the cost of the class entirely. If student would still like to attend the class at another date they will have to re-purchase a seat.
Refund Policy: All refunds are based on the cancellation and rescheduling policy as stated above. Once the boot camp has begun and/or has taken place, the student is liable for all tuition fees and no refund is due. If Big Slick Boot Camp cancels or reschedules a class you will be spoken to directly to make accurate changes to your account.
Bad Behavior: Bad behavior will not be permitted in the classroom. If a student's behavior is negatively affecting the learning experience of other students they may be asked to leave class. No refund will be given.
Substitution Policy: Students may exchange their seat with someone else. Substitution cannot be done through the website. In order to replace yourself with someone else you must email or call James Ferrara at 877-33-SLICK. Please provide the following info for the replacement person: Name, Last Name, Address, Date of birth, Shirt size, Phone number, and Email address.
Non-Gambling: Big Slick Boot Camp classes are for educational purposes only. No gambling is permitted in the classroom.
Hotel Accommodations: Classes do not include lodging. Students are responsible for their own lodging unless it is specified as part of a package.
Big Slick Boot Camp reserves the right to change: pricing, registration terms, trainers, conditions, prize structure, prizes, products or programs described on the website, course location or cancel a course at any time with out notice or liability.
