Privacy and Forms
This page belongs to our Rules & Law desk, and it is written to be read once and used twice: first to decide, then to check. Where two sources disagree, the stricter reading is the one kept here. Where a claim could not be traced back to a named source, it was left out instead of rounded off, because a missing line costs a reader far less than a confident one that turns out to be wrong.
What this site stores by itself
Nothing is stored on a server here that you did not type into a form. There is no account to create, no profile, and no advertising identifier set by us. The one thing we write to your own browser is a note that you closed the cookie notice, so that it stays closed; it never leaves your device and clearing site data removes it.
We do not run our own analytics and we do not add third-party measurement tags to these pages.
Where the forms go
The subscription box and the feedback box carried over from this site’s earlier life are served by fortunida.com, a third party. What you type into either box is submitted to fortunida.com, not to us, and is handled under that company’s own terms. We receive the message, not the technical record behind it.
If you would rather not use a third-party form, write to [email protected] instead. That is a mailbox on this domain and nothing passes through fortunida.com on the way.
Links that pay
Some outbound links on this site are paid placements and are disclosed as such on every page that carries one. Following one hands you to the operator’s own site, with its own policy; nothing about you is attached by us on the way out.
Asking for your data back
Write to [email protected]. If the request concerns something you typed into one of the fortunida.com forms, say so, because that record sits with them and we will pass the request along and tell you we did.
21+ We judge operators on published terms, payout records and the regulator named on the site itself — never on the size of a bonus headline. Some outbound links on this site are paid placements, and that never changes what we write. Online gambling is legal only in some US states; check your own before you deposit.
